Shipping Timeframe

Wild Spur Mercantile strives to ship 2 - 3 business days after receiving your paid order. Custom and made-to-order items may take longer; however, we cannot make any guarantee nor accept liability for extended shipping timeframes due to circumstances outside of the company’s control (e.g., weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, etc.).

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx]. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Free shipping on orders over $75.00 (before tax and after discounts), within the continental U.S. We ship to physical addresses only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@wild-spur.com within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging.

If a package is lost or stolen, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
